Tulsa police are reporting an overnight homicide at the Seminole Hills Apartments near Virgin and Highway 75.

Police say officers were called to the complex at around 1:35 Saturday morning. They say when officers arrived a witness stated that they were walking in front of the apartments when a light-colored vehicle approached from the East on Virgin and fired multiple shots.

The 16-year-old victim was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead at approximately 4 am. and the witness was transported to the detective division for an interview. Police found several shell casings at the scene of the shooting.
