Stillwater Police are investigating after a teen was shot near the 11th and South Hester.

According to police officers were responding to a shots fired call in that area when another officer made contact with a vehicle in the 600 block of East 13th Ave. The driver of that vehicle told police that they were involved in a shooting incident. Officers say the individual claiming to be the shooter and a firearm were found inside the car.

Police say they then received a call from and area medical center where a juvenile victim had been brought in with a gunshot wound. The teen was then flown to an Oklahoma City Hospital. No arrests have been made at this time.
