A Tulsa County judge, William Musseman denied a Tulsa attorney's motion to issue a restraining order against the City of Tulsa's mask ordinance on Monday.

Jeffrey Dickstein had filed a restraining order against the City of Tulsa, who said that the mask mandate was an "excess of jurisdiction."

There was a hearing scheduled for Tuesday morning.
