Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter said he will fight any push to free prisoners whose sentences are in limbo due to the recent Supreme Court ruling in the McGirt case.

The U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled Native Americans who commit crimes in much of Eastern Oklahoma must be tried in federal court.
