Tahlequah Community Holds Vigil For Woman Killed While Traveling In Arkansas

People in Tahlequah will hold a candlelight vigil Thursday night to remember Moira Kinsey.

Kinsey died Monday in southeast Arkansas and investigators arrested an Oklahoma doctor, Tyler Tait, accused of murder. The two were traveling back from Mississippi together.

The vigil begins at 8:30 p.m. at Norris Park in Tahlequah.

Organizers ask people to bring their own candles and to wear orange, Kinsey’s favorite color.

Tait remains in jail in Arkansas, but no charges have been filed yet.
