Coby Dale Green, 24, is currently on hold for ATF after investigators say he bashed out the windows of the Donut Hole on South Peoria Ave with a bat and threw a Molotov inside. Tulsa Fire investigators said nobody was inside the store at the time of the incident. The next day Andy Little with Tulsa Fire said "anti-LGBTQ" flyers were left on neighboring businesses.

According to a criminal complaint affidavit, investigators found copies of the same flyers inside Green's home as well as newspaper clippings about the vandalization on October 31.

The Donut Hole had been previously vandalized earlier that month after hosting an event involving drag queens. On October 17, owners returned to the store to find broken windows and some items missing. Investigators have not said if Green is suspected in that incident as well.
