2 New Businesses Opening In Downtown Tulsa In 2024

A long-time restaurant owner is opening two new businesses in the heart of Downtown.

The Justin Thompson Restaurant Group, which owns Phyrme Steakhouse and Juniper, is expanding to Downtown Tulsa.

The new Connor's Corner Stores will sell items from local vendors like wine, salads and glacier chocolate.

Isla's Kitchen will feature a variety of Southern dishes. It also comes with a view.

"It’s a two-level restaurant so on our second-level mezzanine we’ve got plenty of seating that windows look out over ONEOK field," said owner Justin Thompson. "You could literally sit here and watch a game have a beer, have dinner, relax. Or on Friday nights when they do fireworks it's right outside the window."

Isla's is expected to open to the public on January 10th. Before opening day, Thompson plans to hold an open house to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association of Oklahoma.
