Okmulgee County deputies say a man who was reported missing Friday has been found dead.
According to the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the family of Patrick D. Forman on Jan. 19 after the family reported that no one had seen him since Thursday, Jan. 11. Deputies searched for two days and said that they found Forman's remains on Sunday in a wooded area near the home.
"A scene investigation was conducted by both OCSO Investigators as well as the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office, and the remains were transported to Tulsa for further investigation into the cause of death," said OCSO in a release.
Deputies say the medical examiner will determine how he died, but they don't suspect foul play.
