Bixby Police said Shelby Binney’s dad was the driver, and her mom and siblings were also in the SUV that crashed.

Police said Elliot Binney was speeding while trying to pass another car in a no-passing zone and that he ran from the scene after the crash near 171st and Memorial.

Court records show Elliott Binney had several dismissed cases over the last 20 years, including leaving the scene of a crash in 2016.
