The Tulsa Police Department as arrested a man they say shot and killed a woman at the Bradford Apartments in September.

Jonhron Starks is accused of shooting De'Leigh Everidge-Taylor on September 19th. According to court records, Starks was hanging out with the victim's husband when they started an argument. During the argument Starks threatened Everidge-Taylor with gun. and at some point the gun went off.

Starks has been charged with 2nd degree murder and his bond has been set at $250,000.
