An Amber Alert has been issued for two missing children.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol said 6-year-old Kathryn Glad and her 2-year-old brother Cory were taken by their grandmother Twana Brinlee in Moore. Brandon Glad, the father of the children, said Brinlee has schizophrenia and this is not the first time they have had issues with her.
"About two years ago she pinned down my oldest child to the floor and held a cross over his head, claiming that he was possessed by the devil because he was making growling sounds," Brandon Glad said.
Troopers said they are also concerned she may be armed and unmedicated. Police are looking for a gray new model Toyota Tacoma with the license KBQ254.
Troopers said they may be heading toward Arkansas.
