Hundreds Attend Funeral Services For Tulsa Firefighter Harrison Moseby

A Tulsa firefighter was laid to rest on Wednesday.

Harrison Moseby died from a rare form of cancer at his home in Oologah last week. Family, friends, and firefighters from around the state were in Owasso for his funeral on Wednesday morning.

Moseby was 26 years old when he died last week, leaving behind a wife and two young daughters.

He is remembered as a husband, father, son, friend, and firefighter who put his own life at risk to help others.

Moseby was raised in Owasso and graduated from Owasso High School in 2016. He then went on to become a Tulsa firefighter in 2019.

Shortly after the birth of his daughter, Moseby was diagnosed with a rare form of soft tissue cancer. He died from that disease on January 22.

Moseby attended First Baptist Church Owasso. The church held a live stream of his funeral service.
