The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is looking for witnesses to a fatal crash in Henryetta that happened July 6, according to authorities.

OHP says the two-vehicle crash happened near State Highway 124 near EW 113 Road in Okfuskee County.

According to OHP, the driver of this vehicle was a witness to the collision who did not stay at the scene to speak with law enforcement.
